Shipping & Handling
Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 3-10 day delivery time. Expedited shipping is available on some items (provided they do not need to be shipped from the manufacturer - please refer to product description to see if shipped from manufacturer). Real time expedited shipping rates will be calculated during checkout.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.
Cancellation Policy. Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist within 3 days of delivery at 770-289-5872. Please supply the Specialist with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number.
Home-Team-Sports.com will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. If there is extensive damage to the carton, contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately at 770-289-5872. Please have your order number available when you contact the Customer Service Specialist.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, contact our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. For questions about returning merchandise contact Customer Service at customerservice@home-team-sports.com or call (770) 289-5872. The return of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, may incur 20% re-stocking fee, at our discretion, and must be in like-new resalable condition. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. No returns will be authorized after 14 days from the receipt of shipment.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department. 2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package. 3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department. We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
