1) Type the name you would like on your jersey in the box provided (up to 12 characters including spaces).
2) Next, choose the number you would like on your personalized jersey (limit 2 characters) and type it in the box provided. NOTE: The number you choose CANNOT be the number of an active player. If you choose a number of an active player, we will not be able to process your order and your order will be delayed. We will then contact you via email and ask you to choose an alternate number. If the box is left blank, you will receive the same number that is in the photo. These prints ship directly from the manufacturer via UPS Ground Service ONLY for just $8.95 per print.
