Custom print featuring your last name (up to 12 characters including spaces) on a jersey next to 3 top players. You choose the number for your jersey (see restrictions below). This print is showcased in an elegant 13” x 16” black or white composite frame with clear plastic lens. Premium frame also available and is made of molded wood with a mahogany finish.

Ordering instructions - Please read carefully:
1) Type the name you would like on your jersey in the box provided (up to 12 characters including spaces).

2) Next, choose the number you would like on your personalized jersey from 0 - 99 and type it in the box provided. NOTE: The number you choose CANNOT be the same number as the active player’s depicted in the print. If the box is left blank, you will receive the same number that is in the photo.

3) You also have the option of changing the active players in your personalized print.  If you would like different active players than the ones in the photo, type their name(s) and number(s) in the “comments” box at checkout. Please double check your spelling.

These prints ship directly from the manufacturer via UPS Ground Service ONLY for just $8.95 per print. Rush delivery is NOT available. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
